Today we went to dinner at La tanguela, corrales.They recommended us to go and we went with very high expectations, and they surprised us.Local with a pleasant atmosphere, a cozy and quiet room. Something that we really liked to have a quiet dinner without much noise. The attention was instant and the staff was very pleased. We loved everything we ordered. The salad was different from the usual with tuna and avocado... how delicious.The sirloin puff pastry with goat cheese and caramelized onion of 10... with its sauce... the tanguela tuna specialty with its name, baked potatoes with caramelized onion, tuna cubes and two-color sauce, spectacular. and we will return but for lunch. The guy who served us recommended we try the gratin rice, looking forward to returning. Thanks to tanguela for the experience we will return.

A great discovery thanks to Google, we loved the food and the presentation. Good quality/price ratio. The only thing that bothered us a little was how long it took to serve, and the fact that they brought one thing long before the rest, so for example, I ate my plate a long time before they brought the others', it was either that, or eating it cold. I also think they should have brought what was to share first and then the individual dishes all at the same time and not everyone ate in their own bowl. But I don't say this as criticism, but rather as something to improve. It is also true that there were many people and it is more difficult to maintain order in the kitchen.
